Prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and may cancel orders placed at an incorrect price with prompt notice to you.

Applicable sales tax is calculated and added based on shipping destination and applicable law.

6. Orders, Payment & Fulfillment

6.1 Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email.

6.2 Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by third-party processors. We do not store full payment card numbers.

6.3 Shipping

Shipping timeframes are estimates. We are not liable for carrier delays. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our return policy is available at Rerurns Page. In summary:

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn, with tags attached.
  • Final sale, customized, and non-returnable items are excluded.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or an error was ours.

8. Intellectual Property

All site content — text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and software — is the property of Pro Image Sports or its content suppliers, protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. Third-party team names, logos, and marks are property of their respective owners and used under license.

You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our express written consent.

Each party bears its own costs unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.

Class action waiver: You waive the right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding. Disputes must be resolved individually.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

California residents: Nothing in these Terms waives your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, the California Invasion of Privacy Act, or any other non-waivable California consumer protection statute.

If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be severed without affecting the remaining provisions. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices on our site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pro Image Sports regarding site use.
