We may update this policy when our practices change or laws require. Material changes will be noted with a revised effective date. Where appropriate, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice on the site.

13. Shipping Protection (Package Protection) Fee

To help protect against issues such as lost, damaged, or stolen packages during transit, Pro Image Sports now offers an optional Shipping Protection service. This service is provided by a third-party partner and is separate from standard carrier liability.

  • Default Setting: During checkout, the Shipping Protection option will be selected by default. If you do not wish to purchase the protection, you may opt out by unchecking the box before completing your order.
  • Opt-Out At Any Time: You may decline Shipping Protection on a per-order basis — simply uncheck the selected box at checkout. If you complete your order with the box checked, the fee will apply.
  • What It Covers: Shipping Protection covers loss, theft, or damage occurring while the package is in transit — from the time the package leaves our warehouse until it is delivered to you. Coverage is subject to the terms of the third-party provider’s policy (e.g., claim filing procedures, time limits for claims, etc.)
  • Separate from Shipping or Handling Charges: The Shipping Protection fee is an optional service fee and is distinct from any shipping or handling charges; you may still pay for shipping even if you opt out of the protection.
  • Liability Without Protection: If you decline Shipping Protection, you acknowledge that Pro Image Sports — and our carriers — are not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.
  • Disclosure & Transparency: We strive to be transparent about all charges. The Shipping Protection fee will appear clearly in your order summary at checkout, with a description of the service and the amount.

By placing an order with Shipping Protection selected, you agree to the terms and conditions of the third-party provider and acknowledge that the fee is optional and fully disclosed during checkout.
