Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. All tags and stickers must be attached. Items must be in the same condition you received them, with no stains, odors, or signs of wear.

Return Process
- Initiate Return: Fill out the return form below to start the return process.
- Shipping: Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Preparing the package: Package the item in a way that it will not get stained or damaged. Please include the packing slip if you have it and keep your tracking information when you send it to us.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Route Shipping Protection: Route shipping protection is non-refundable.
Exchanges
Process: For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items

Before starting a return: Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. All tags and stickers must be attached. Items must be in the same condition you received them, with no stains, odors, or signs of wear.
If you are returning a hat, it must be shipped back in a box to protect its shape. Hats sent in plastic bags will get crushed during transit and will be refused.
Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria—including missing tags or stickers, visible signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage—will be rejected and sent back to you at your expense. Please ensure your item is in the same condition you received it before submitting a return.
