Returning an in-store purchase when I don't live near a store.

All in-store purchases must be returned in person at a Pro Image Sports location. We cannot process returns by mail.

Can VISA gift cards be used to pay for an order?

Yes, VISA gift cards can be used for purchases. The card must have enough balance to cover the entire order amount. Be sure to register the card with your billing address, as transactions may be declined if the billing information doesn't match.

Complaints and Store Issues

To file a complaint, simply email support@proimagesports.com. Be sure to include all relevant details about your issue (e.g., order number, store location, and a detailed description of the problem) to ensure a swift resolution.

Can I return an item that was on sale when I bought it online?

No. Items purchased at a discount price online are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please keep this in mind and if you have questions before purchasing, email support@proimagesports.com. You can call us at 801-296-9999.

Are prices I see online matched at brick and mortar locations?

Please note that sale prices you see online are exclusive to our online store and cannot be matched at our physical locations. Each store is independently owned and operated, meaning that prices at one location may differ from those at another. An item you see on sale online may not be on sale at a location you visit in person. You may find that an item not sale online is on sale in a store you visit.

What is Route?

Pro Image Sports has partnered with Route to provide every customer the chance to have a worry-free shipping experience for a low additional cost. When placing an order, you may also opt-in to Route SMS tracking to receive text messages updates on your order.

My Package Is Missing, What Should I Do?

If you opted in to package protection, please visit claims.route.com and have your email and order number ready. If you opted out of package protection at checkout, we cannot replace or issue a refund on stolen or lost goods.

I am interested in opening my own store, how do I do that?

What should I do if I want to return an item, but the store I purchased it from is currently closed?

Each Pro Image Sports is independently owned and operated, for employment opportunities you much contact the store directly.

Does Pro Image Sports buy memorabilia, used apparel, trading cards, etc?

No, Pro Image Sports does not purchase any goods.

How can I see if a product is in-stock at a particular store?

Please contact your local store to inquire about inventory.

If I bought an item online, can I return it in store?

Check with your local Pro Image Sports to see if they'll accept the item. There is a small chance it came from a store in your area. If not, please start the return process at proimagesports.com/pages/returns

Where is my package coming from?

Our website is essentially an online marketplace for Pro Image Sports franchises across the country, meaning your package could be coming from any of our franchise locations nationwide. Your packing slip and shipping label when you receive the item will have details on where it came from.

How do I cancel my order once it's already been placed?

All orders placed are final. Please review your carefully before placing it.

I received a notification my package was delivered by it's not on my front porch or in my mailbox. What do I do now?

See if a family member or neighbor received your package for you. If not, contact your mailman or post office to receive more information about the missing order.
